**SHAREPOINT AND OFFICE 365 ADMIN**
- Experienced in the administration of M365 and a strong understanding of all components of Microsoft 365.
- Should be able to use the ServiceNow ticketing platform. Manage and take ownership of the Collaboration ticketing queue.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Viva configuration and creating and publishing custom queries.
- Strong working experience using Power BI.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the collaboration environment.
- Consult and help internal Business users with internal Collaboration tools to ServiceNow.
- Highly experienced in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint/OneDrive administration.
- Working experience using Microsoft Graph API and the ability to create and publish apps to Teams and SharePoint.
- Working experience with Azure AD and Azure services.
- Must have experience with Zoom Administration.
- Must have working experience using PowerShell.

**To be successful in this role, we need someone who has**:

- More than 5 years of Exp. in SharePoint, MS Teams, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity.
- Experience in Microsoft Graph API
- Demonstrated success in completing complex projects, on time.
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Good to have experience**:

- Experience with Miro.
- Experienced with Lucid charts.
- Experience with Splunk.
- Experience using Sharegate.
- Expertise with HTML technologies including HTML, CSS and AJAX practices, JavaScript.
