Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and research potential clients using tools like LinkedIn, industry directories, and CRM databases.

Qualify leads based on company fit, logistics needs, and serviceability.

Maintain and update prospect information in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Sales Engagement & Pipeline Management

Schedule calls/meetings for the field sales or business development team.

Share relevant service proposals, pricing, and basic product information with prospects.

Follow up persistently to move leads through the sales funnel.

Client Onboarding & Setup Coordination

Work with internal teams (operations, pricing, documentation) to onboard new clients.

Ensure accurate collection of client documents, KYC, and shipment requirements.

Provide clients with onboarding guides, service overviews, and account setup instructions.

Track and report on onboarding progress to ensure smooth handover to account manager

Identify and resolve issues related to customer orders, shipments, or other sales-related matters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,251.61 - ₹41,667.78 per month
