**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Fast Food Worker to join our team in Jamnagar in Vantara -Reliance In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of fast food items, including dosa, waffles, popcorn, wadpav, samosas, dabeli, sandwiches, ice cream, and a variety of healthy snacks (non-fried). You will provide excellent customer service, ensure food is prepared to the highest standards, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Prepare and cook a variety of fast food items such as:

- Dosa, Wadpav, Samosas, Dabeli
- Sandwiches, Waffles, Ice cream
- Healthy snacks (non-fried), including Gathiya and Fafda
- **Customer Service**: Provide prompt and friendly service to customers, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- **Order Taking & Serving**: Take orders from customers, prepare the items as requested, and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Ensure that food preparation areas, kitchen equipment, and customer areas are clean and sanitized at all times. Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- **Stock Management**: Assist in managing inventory, restocking ingredients, and ensuring that all supplies are fresh and available.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all food items are prepared according to set recipes and quality standards, maintaining consistency and taste.
- **Handling Payments**: If applicable, manage customer payments through cash, card, or digital transactions accurately.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other kitchen and service staff to ensure the smooth operation of the fast food section.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a fast food or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of fast food preparation techniques, including making dosas, sandwiches, waffles, samosas, and non-fried snacks.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining food quality and cleanliness.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and handling practices.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to prepare healthy snacks (non-fried) and special dishes like gathiya, fafda, and ice cream.
- Familiarity with using kitchen equipment such as waffle makers, dosa griddles, and deep fryers.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure during busy times.

Timings 8pm to 6am in the morning

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
