**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
- Identify and generate leads for our sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent customer service
- Provide product information and answer customer questions
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Continuously develop and improve product knowledge to better serve customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful customer acquisition and retention

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Outbound Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain long-lasting relationships
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹13,062.36 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
