**Job description**
- Making Outbound Calls: Tele-callers are responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce them to the company's properties and to set up appointments for property viewings.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and amenities to prospective clients
- Qualifying Leads: Tele-callers should be able to determine the level of interest of the potential client and whether they are a qualified lead.
- Scheduling Appointments: Tele-callers are responsible for scheduling appointments with clients for property viewings and follow-up calls. They should be able to coordinate with the sales team to ensure that appointments are confirmed and that all necessary information is provided to the client.
- Maintaining Customer Database: Tele-callers should be able to maintain an accurate database of customer information.
- Reporting and Analytics: Tele-callers should be able to provide regular reports on their calls, appointments, and sales.
- Must have 2 years of experience in Real estate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
- Highly motivated & target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Should able to complete the targets on time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
