Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide customers with product and service information and answer any questions they may have.
- Maintain customer relationships by following up on leads and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all tele marketing activities in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills with a clear and concise speaking voice.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Previous experience in tele marketing or sales is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

**Compensation**:

- Monthly CTC of upto 25000
- 15 Days CL and 6 days SL per annum
- Health Insurance of 2 Lakhs/person for the employee, spouse and 2 children
- 1 Month Gross Salary paid as Bonus during Diwali

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
