**Tele-Caller - Malayalam **representatives are sales representatives responsible for reaching out to potential clients and customers over the telephone. The Tele-caller will generate the lead and convert the lead as business.
- **Supervisory Responsibilities**:_

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Tele-caller representative to join our Sales team As a tele-caller representative, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota.

As a Tele-caller Representative, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with the professional, but friendly approach.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
- Learn details about our product and service offerings
- Strive to increase the sales volume by reaching out to the potential customer.
- Address any questions or issues customers may have
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
- Offer solutions based on client’s needs and capabilities
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
- Keep an updated customer database
- Measure identified KPIs
- Always strive towards meeting sales quota
- Track and document calls and sales
- Update client records
- Should reach to the potential customer in their regional language as per the allocations.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent knowledge & skills in converting the sales lead into business.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and measure performance.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school, diploma or a graduate required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
