Customer Support Executive Responsibilities : WORK FROM OFFICE-MALAYALAM

RELOCATE TO CBE & Immediate Joiner

Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Understand customer requirements so as to provide appropriate clarifications and solutions.
- Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.

Customer Support Executive Requirements:

- A bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
- 0 -1 year experience in Customer Support, Customer care.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Computer skills.
- Language known : English
