The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls, maintaining customer data, and supporting sales or customer engagement activities.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customersHandle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionallyExplain products/services clearly and confidentlyUpdate and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM systemFollow up on leads and track call outcomesAchieve daily/weekly call and performance targetsCoordinate with sales and support teams when requiredRequired Skills & Qualifications:1–3 years of experience as a Tele Caller, Tele Sales Executive, or similar roleStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of CRM tools (lead management, follow-ups, data entry)Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectivelyBasic computer skills (MS Excel, email, CRM dashboards)Goal-oriented and customer-focused mindsetPreferred Skills:Experience in sales or customer supportAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentGood listening and negotiation skillsEducation:Minimum: Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)HR hrteam@onwords.inPH : +91 80155 90411*Onwords https://onwords.in/*
