**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our software solutions and services.

2. Identify and understand the software requirements of clients by actively listening and asking relevant questions.

3. Explain the technical features and benefits of our software products to potential clients in a clear and compelling manner.

4. Address client queries and concerns related to software functionality, implementation, and technical specifications.

5. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to clients.

6. Maintain a detailed database of client interactions, including notes from conversations and follow-up actions.

7. Follow up with potential clients to provide additional information, demos, and answer any further questions.

8. Achieve individual and team-based targets for lead generation and conversion rates.

9. Stay updated on the latest software trends, updates, and industry developments to effectively communicate technical information.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

2. Proven experience as a tele caller or in a customer-facing role within the IT/software industry.

4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

5. Proficient in using CRM software or similar tools to manage client interactions and track progress.

6. Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a strong focus on achieving results.

7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with sales and technical teams.

8. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.
