**Safety Officer**

**Job Location: Ghatkopar**

**Responsibilities**:

- Compile Safety Programs.
- Practice Safe working techniques.
- Handle all sites and head offices CCTV.
- Check all Fire Extinguishers.
- Maintain all data in Data Sheets regarding all Safety Equipments.
- Implement and maintain health safety standards.
- Regularly inspect equipments.
- Regularly inspects machines, equipments & firefighting systems, to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Communicate safety information to Staff & Management.
- Inform any requirements and any changes to the office and directors.
- Conduct safety audits, hazard assesments, & inspections to identify to potential safety risks and hazards.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in safety management in real estate environments
- Knowledge of occupational safety regulations & standards
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Knowledge of safety management systems and best practices or similar safety management systems
- Excellent organizational & time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of team, with a strong sense of accountability & responsibility

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
