Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
- Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas within specified timelines.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,310.13 - ₹20,751.69 per month
