**Role and Responsibilities:
**As an Execution Executive at AMA Legal Solutions, you will play a pivotal role insuring the company's legal compliance, risk mitigation, and effective contract management. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks that are crucial to our clients' success and the overall growth of the organization:
**Deep Legal Expertise**: Demonstrate an excellent understanding of corporate law and procedures, including recent amendments and associated regulations. Stay updated with the latest legal developments and effectively interprets the implications.

**Legal Drafting and Communication**: Exhibit exceptional legal drafting skills and proficiency in written and spoken English, along with other relevant languages. Craft well-structured legal documents, notices, and correspondence with precision and clarity.

**IEPF Knowledge**: Possess a strong grasp of IEPF (Investor Education and Protection Fund) related sections, rules, deadlines, and procedures. Stay informed about IEPF compliance requirements and ensure timely adherence.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate seamlessly with various internal functions and departments within the company. Provide accurate and timely legal advice on a diverse range of topics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

**External Communication and Negotiation**: Engage in effective communication and negotiation with external parties such as regulators, local authorities, and external legal counsel. Uphold strict adherence to deadline concerning these relationships.

**Agreement Review and Approval**: Take charge of drafting, reviewing, and approving agreements, contracts, and other legal documents across the business. Ensure these documents safeguard the company's rights and interests.

**Legal Compliance Guidance**: Act as the primary point of reference for business functions, offering clarity on legal compliance requirements, internal processes, pre-contract due diligence, contract/document drafting and review, and related matters.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Sound knowledge of recent amendments, corporate regulations, and legal procedures. Excellent legal drafting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in English must required.
- Strong understanding of IEPF-related sections, rules, and compliance.
- Effective research and analytical abilities for risk assessment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for external communication and negotiation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing legal risks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
