QA Analyst will work closely with the development team to identify and resolve defects, and will be expected to provide timely and accurate feedback on the quality of the software products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve defects in the software products
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of the software products
- Document test results and provide feedback to the development team
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions
- Work collaboratively with other members of the QA team to ensure that quality standards are met and maintained
- Utilize Cypress for automated testing and manual testing as needed

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and manual testing
- Strong understanding of software development processes
- Experience with Cypress or other automation testing frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field is preferred.
