Job Description: Quality Assurance QA

Position: Quality Assurance

Experience Level: 1-4 years

Location: 603, Atulya IT Park, Indore

Preferred F2F interview

Working Culture: 5 Days in a Week.

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Control and Testing:

- Conduct thorough testing of products, systems, and processes to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

2. Compliance and Standards:

- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, internal standards, and best practices.

3. Automation and Tools:

- Leverage automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, or Cypress) to enhance testing efficiency.
- Maintain and update automated testing frameworks.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Prepare detailed documentation of test results, quality reports, and process improvements.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.

5. Continuous Improvement:

- Analyze trends and patterns to recommend improvements in products or processes.
- Stay updated with the latest QA tools, techniques, and methodologies.

**Requirements**:
Must be Graduate

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
