Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manual QA Tester with 2–4 years of hands-on testing experience. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing requirements, creating and executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
  • Create detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and system tests.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira or similar.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to resolve issues.
  • Report test results and provide clear, concise feedback.
  • Participate in test planning and QA process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in manual software testing.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with test case creation and execution.
  • Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
  • Good understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,885.60 per month
