Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Documentation Specialist to join our

managing all quality-related documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and

regulations, and supporting continuous improvement in quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Documentation Management:

- Create, update, and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating

procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, inspection records, and audit reports.
- Ensure all documents are accurately formatted, version-controlled, and accessible

to relevant personnel.

2. Compliance and Standards:

- Ensure documentation complies with industry standards (e.g., ISO 22000,

HACCP) and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in industry regulations and incorporate them into quality

documentation.

3. Quality Audits:

- Assist in internal and external quality audits by preparing necessary

documentation and records.
- Follow up on audit findings and ensure corrective actions are documented and

implemented.

4. Training and Support:

- Conduct training sessions for staff on quality procedures and documentation

practices.
- Provide support to team members in understanding and implementing quality

documentation requirements.

5. Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development

of more efficient documentation practices.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to enhance overall quality

management systems.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Collect and analyze data related to quality performance and report findings to

management.
- Prepare regular reports on quality metrics and documentation status.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹39,127.91 per month
