Guest Relation Executive:
Purpose of the job A Guest Relation Executive, is a customer service-oriented employee in the administration department who essentially greets the guests and visitors/members of Solis. From escorting members within the center to assisting in the facility tour, Guest Relation executives ensure a pleasant and satisfying experience within Solis. They also handle parking and facility management and explain all facility amenities, such as timings Key Accountabilities/Duties & Responsibilities Guest Relations
- Provide upscale guest service experiences for members throughout the day.
- Ensure members are properly greeted upon their arrival.
- Coordinate with valet parking, security and housekeeping.
- Promptly address members requests or concerns and communicate the same with the concerned.
- Speaks clearly, distinctly, and with a friendly, courteous tone. Uses listening skills to put members at ease and obtains accurate, complete information.
- Ensure special members, like disabled people, elderly, children receive personalized services
- Coordinate and manage communication between members and staff and follow up to ensure customer concerns are resolved.
- Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress. Billing and accounting.
- Complete responsibilities with respect to Billing at the Health Centre
- Conversant with Insurance and claim process to advise members
- Familiar with Credit card payments [including refund process] and UPI payment process
- To co-operate with team at Health Centre, ably act as interface between POS and M16 software to consistently transfer data.
- Shall report to the Finance Controller
- Able to handle cash, cheques and also maintain imprest at Centre.
- Also, able to counsel members with respect to the expenditure, insurance options, etc.

Additional responsibilities:
Academic: Any Degree/Diploma in Hotel management Professional: Preferably CA Inter or CWA Inter but not a pre-requisite.

Basic Computer Skills, PMS, POS awareness. Two Years’ Experience in Guest Relations from hospitality or hospital industry. Excellent Communication Skill

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,044.52 per month
