The Wooden Operator will be responsible for preparing and operating machinery related to the coating and finishing of wooden products. This includes loading, setting up, and ensuring the efficient operation of the powder coating equipment, as well as ensuring the final product meets quality standards.
- Set up, operate, and monitor the powder coating machinery and equipment for wooden products.
- Perform necessary adjustments to temperature, pressure, and air settings to achieve optimal coating results.
- Inspect wooden items before and after coating to ensure they meet quality standards (e.g., uniform coating, no defects).
- Identify any defects in the coating process and make the necessary adjustments to prevent rework.
- Maintain strict adherence to the company's quality control standards and practices.
- Perform routine maintenance of powder coating machinery, cleaning equipment and ensuring safe, efficient operation.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with the coating machinery and escalate problems when necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines while operating machinery and handling chemicals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures to minimize risk.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure the production schedule is met on time.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, issues, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Keep accurate records of production and machine maintenance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
