General Labourer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general labour tasks such as material handling, loading/unloading, and maintaining work areas.
- Operate basic machinery and tools as required.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Assist in production and packaging processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role (lifting, standing for long hours, etc.).
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Punctual, reliable, and a team player.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Shift allowance
