**Position**: Legal Trainee (Product)

**Location**: Pune

**Duration**: Full time - 1 month - Can be awarded with continued paid internship depending on performance.

**Reports to**: Co-Founder / Director

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth research on contract review methodologies and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in contract management and legal technology.
- Analyze and report on contract management issues commonly faced by legal teams.
- **Product Testing**:

- Participate in user testing of the contract review process within the Legalbook platform.
- Provide feedback on user experience, identify areas for improvement, and suggest enhancements.
- **Content Creation**:

- Write blogs, research articles, and case studies related to contract management and legal technology.
- Contribute to the development of educational content for Legalbook users, such as guides and tutorials.
- **Collaborative Support**:

- Work closely with the product development team to align legal insights with product features.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing product documentation to ensure legal accuracy and compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- Strong interest in contract law, legal technology, and research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
- Familiarity with contract management systems or legal tech products is a plus.
