Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts.

Perform thorough redlining of contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Review existing contracts and agreements to identify risks, legal implications, and opportunities for improvement.

Draft new agreements and contracts based on company policies and legal guidelines.

Provide timely and effective legal assistance to internal teams on contract interpretation, rights, obligations, and risks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance and Operations, to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments, regulations, and industry best practices relevant to contract management.

Be a team player, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:
Law degree from the recognized university.

Registration with the Bar of Council of Puniab And Haryana is required.

Strong proficiency in contract drafting, redlining, and contract management practices.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to learn things quickly and handle the tasks efficiently during night shifts while adhering to US PST timings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
