**Job Title: Legal Trainee**

**Location**: [Navi Mumbai/ Turbhe ]

**Position Overview**:
The Legal Trainee will work closely with our experienced legal professionals to gain practical experience and knowledge in various aspects of legal practice. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate or a legal professional in the early stages of their career to develop their skills and contribute to our legal operations. The primary responsibilities will include drafting agreements, notices, civil documents, and assisting with negotiable acts under the guidance of senior attorneys.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including but not limited to agreements, notices, and civil documents, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assisting in the negotiation process for various agreements and contracts.
- Conducting legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents to support ongoing legal matters.
- Providing general administrative support to the legal team, such as organizing files, maintaining documentation, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure legal compliance and mitigate potential risks.
- Assisting in the preparation of legal briefs, memos, and other written materials as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited institution; completion of a Legal Practice Course (LPC) or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong understanding of contract law, civil law, and negotiable instruments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Prior experience or internships in a legal environment is advantageous but not required.
