**What is the role about?**:

- Second-level support for IT problems of colleagues at all locations.
- Design, selection, optimization, and further development of system software and hardware configurations.
- Maintenance of the internal IT documentation as an interface between the teams.

**You fit in with us, if**:

- You have completed training as an IT specialist, state-certified technician, or comparable training, or are a career changer with 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
- You have sound professional experience as an IT specialist in the Microsoft 365 environment/administration.
- You have practical knowledge in the administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
- You are a communicative and proactive person who enjoys explaining technically demanding topics in an understandable way.
