*Overview:* Join our team at Kidway as an Administrative Executive and play a key role in supporting our global operations.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can thrive in a remote work environment and contribute to the success of our international educational initiatives.

*Responsibilities:*

*1. Making Invoice:* - Generate and issue invoices to parents for tuition fees, materials, or other services provided by the educational institution. - Ensure accuracy of invoice details including amounts, due dates, and payment terms.

*2. Parent Handling:* - Serve as a primary point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. - Build positive relationships with parents, fostering open communication and trust.

*3. Parent Relationship:* - Cultivate strong relationships with parents through regular communication and engagement initiatives such as newsletters, parent-teacher conferences, or family events. - Act as a liaison between parents and faculty/staff to facilitate effective collaboration and support student success.

*4. Calling for Reference:* - Contact references provided by parents for enrollment.
- *5. Maintain Records:* - Establish and maintain organized records of student enrollment, attendance, academic progress, and financial transactions. - Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies in record-keeping practices.

*6. Fee Recovery on Timely Manner:* - Monitor and track overdue payments from parents, sending reminders and following up on outstanding balances. - Implement strategies to facilitate timely fee recovery while maintaining positive relationships with parents.

*7. Grievance Handling:* - Receive and investigate grievances or complaints from parents regarding school policies, procedures, or interactions with staff. - Address grievances promptly and impartially, seeking resolution through effective communication, mediation, or escalation as necessary.

*8. Update Records:* - Regularly update student and parent records with relevant information such as contact details, emergency contacts, and academic achievements. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of records to support informed decision-making and communication.

*9. Quality Assurance:

- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality courses and services. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of course content, delivery methods, and student/parent feedback to identify areas for improvement.

*10. Learning Management System (LMS):

- Oversee the functionality and usage of the LMS platform, including user experience, course enrollment, and content management. Collaborate with the technology team to address any technical issues and ensure optimal system performance.

*11. Student Support:

- Address student inquiries, concerns, and escalations related to course delivery, faculty interactions, and overall user experience. Ensure timely and effective resolution of student issues.

*12. Vendor Management:

- Identify and collaborate with external vendors, content providers, and technology partners to enhance course offerings, platform features, and student learning experiences. Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service level agreements.

*13. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze operational data and generate reports on Attendance,Faculty productivity, course performance, faculty evaluations, student outcomes, and operational metrics. Use data insights to drive decision-making, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.

*14. Process Improvement:

- Continuously review and streamline operational processes to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Identify areas for automation and implement workflow enhancements to improve operational productivity.

*15. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of operations with other departments. Share insights, provide input, and contribute to strategic initiatives and product development.

*Qualifications:* - Fresher or Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in an international or remote work setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams).and ERP-stripe
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a global context. Attention to detail and accuracy, especially when dealing with international documentation and communications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills. Passion for education, technology, and cross-cultural
