We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Telesales cum Academic Counsellor. This role involves a blend of salesmanship and educational counselling, aimed at promoting our academic programs and assisting prospective students in making informed decisions about their educational journey.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to promote our academic programs.
- Effectively communicate program benefits, features, and admission requirements to potential students.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process.
- Provide detailed information about program curriculum, faculty, career prospects, and academic support services.
- Assess students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and interests to recommend suitable programs.
- Address concerns and objections in a professional and empathetic manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any relatable stream.
- 3-7 years of Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of educational systems and academic programs is an advantage.

**Salary; 3-7 LPA**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Academic counseling: 2 years (preferred)
