**Job Title**: Academic Counsellor
**Location**: Noida
**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week
**Timings**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
**Experience Required**: Minimum 6 months in sales or counselling (preferably in the education sector)
**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000 (based on last salary and interview )

We are looking for a motivated **Academic Counsellor** to join our admissions team in Noida. The role involves guiding prospective students through our online UG/PG course offerings and assisting them with the entire enrollment process through structured counselling and follow-ups.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential students via phone, chat, and in-person sessions
- Understand student goals and recommend suitable UG/PG programs
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through effective counselling
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM
- Ensure a high-quality experience for students and their parents

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Prior experience in telesales or academic counselling preferred
- CRM familiarity is an advantage
- Target-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
