About the Role
PhysicsWallah (PW) is hiring passionate individuals to join as Academic Counsellor Trainees. This role is perfect for those aspiring to build a career in sales and academic counselling with hands-on exposure to the edtech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel and guide students/parents on curriculum and academic choices.
- Conduct in-house counselling sessions and convert leads into admissions.
- Build strong relationships with students for long-term engagement.
- Meet sales & admission targets while ensuring excellent student support.
Requirements
- Own Laptop is mandatory.
- 0–3 months of experience (sales, counselling, or BDA preferred).
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and student mentorship.
- Target-driven and eager to learn.
