Job Title: Academic Counsellor (Trainee)

Location: KLJ Noida (On-site)

Timings: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Training Duration: 6 Months

About the Role

PhysicsWallah (PW) is hiring passionate individuals to join as Academic Counsellor Trainees . This role is perfect for those aspiring to build a career in sales and academic counselling with hands-on exposure to the edtech industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel and guide students/parents on curriculum and academic choices.
  • Conduct in-house counselling sessions and convert leads into admissions.
  • Build strong relationships with students for long-term engagement.
  • Meet sales & admission targets while ensuring excellent student support.

Requirements

  • Own Laptop is mandatory.
  • 0–3 months of experience (sales, counselling, or BDA preferred).
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for education and student mentorship.
  • Target-driven and eager to learn.
