Key Responsibilities Counsel and guide students/parents on curriculum and academic choices. Conduct in-house counselling sessions and convert leads into admissions. Build strong relationships with students for long-term engagement. Meet sales & admission targets while ensuring excellent student support. Requirements Own Laptop is mandatory. 0–3 months of experience (sales, counselling, or BDA preferred). Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Passion for education and student mentorship. Target-driven and eager to learn. What We Offer 6-month structured traineeship with mentorship. Exposure to academic counselling & consultative sales.
