**Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Academic Counsellor** to join our sales team. As an Academic Counsellor, you will serve as the first point of contact for students, offering personalized guidance to help them choose the right study abroad programs. Your role will involve providing information, building relationships with prospective students, and driving conversions through effective counseling and follow-up.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with prospective students and their families to understand their educational goals, academic background, and aspirations.
- Provide detailed information about University Insights’ study abroad programs, including MBBS, aviation training, and other courses.
- Conduct personalized counseling sessions to guide students in selecting programs and universities that best match their interests and career goals.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments by building relationships and effectively communicating program benefits and opportunities.
- Manage and track leads, conduct follow-ups, and update the CRM system with relevant information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for student outreach and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education trends, admission requirements, and program offerings.
- Participate in sales initiatives, open house events, and webinars to attract and engage prospective students.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in academic counseling, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping students succeed.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic understanding of the study abroad industry and admissions processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹2,500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
