**We are looking for a System Engineer L3**, you will have the responsibility of maintaining and improving the technology infrastructure of our company, working closely with our team of L2 engineers to ensure operational efficiency.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues escalated from lower support tiers.
- Investigate root causes of critical incidents and implement permanent fixes
- Design, implement, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure including servers, networking devices, storage systems, and security appliances.
- Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and secure based on business needs.
- Implement and manage IT security measures including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.
- Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
- Develop project plans, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor and optimize system performance and resource utilization.
- Implement solutions to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability of IT infrastructure.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Share knowledge and best practices with other team members.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for IT-related procurements and support contracts.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular testing and ensure readiness to minimize downtime in case of IT disruptions.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
