Twashtri is a pioneering mental health start-up providing accessible and high-quality counselling services to individuals by integrating Indian Psychological Practices with contemporary Western paradigms.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Counseling Psychologist to join our team and contribute to our mission of improving mental health awareness and support in our community.

Your Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for clients with various mental health concerns
- Perform psychological assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals in a multidisciplinary team
- Participate in case discussions and supervision meetings
- Contribute to the development of mental health awareness programs
- Stay updated with current research and best practices in counseling psychology

Our Requirements:

- Master’s degree in psychology, preferably with a specialization in Counseling Psychology
- 0-2 years of experience in counselling (fresh graduates may also apply)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Hindi. Kannada is preferred. (additional Indian languages are a plus)
- Familiarity with various counselling techniques and therapeutic approaches
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication
- A team player, a go-getter and idea generator who can prove to be an asset in the fast paced startup environment
