Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our retreat center. The ideal candidate will provide psychological support, counseling, and wellness programs to guests and staff. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to promoting mental health and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients/participants.
  • Conduct psychological assessments and prepare reports as needed.
  • Support clients in managing stress, anxiety, and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and facilitate workshops, mindfulness practices, and wellness programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with retreat staff to create a holistic healing environment.
  • Keep records and documentation as per professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Psychology (M.Sc. Psychology) or Master of Social Work (MSW) with specialization in counseling/clinical psychology.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in counseling, therapy, or wellness settings.
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Compassionate and professional approach to mental health care.
