**Role: Psychologist**
- Speak to clients and evaluates client’s needs and accommodate them accordingly.
- Scheduling consultations and follow ups for clients with senior clinical psychologists.
- Assist senior clinical psychologists in case formulation & developing treatment plans for mental health programs.
- Assist senior clinical psychologist in administering psychological tests, scales and determining the results.
- Assist in ongoing mental health research programs at Mfine.
- Assist senior clinical Psychologist in innovative mental health content creation.
- Provides counselling & psychoeducation to the clients enrolled for therapy under senior clinical psychologists.
- Maintains program record & progress tracks.
- Generate reports post treatment.
- Orient clients to various Mfine mental health programs.
**Work hours & benefits**
- Full-time position of 8 hours/day, 6-day work week.
- Nature of work is going to be mostly work from home. Occasional visits to office may be required on need basis.

**Education & experience required**
- BSc/BA in psychology
- MSc/MA in psychology
- Other additional certifications in areas of clinical/counselling psychology will be an added advantage.
- An Experience of 1-2 years is preferred. However, freshers may also apply.
**Skills required**
- Knowledge of psychological theory & practice
- Working knowledge of psychological testing & therapy
- Excellent communication skills. Spoken English fluency is a must. Fluency in Hindi & any other language shall be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of research skills
- Ability to empathize with a wide range of people & belief in client centric approach
- Good Listening skills
- Capacity for handling stressful and possible volatile situations across all population including adolescents, adults and senior citizens.
