**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Talent Acquisition and Admin:
**Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge of hiring portals like Naukri, Indeed, Linkedin etc
- Has hired junior to mid level positions in the past
- Day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintaining office operations

**Qualifications**
- Experience in office management and administration
- Knowledge of Hiring
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in digital marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with employee relations, administation and recruitment.
