As a Fresher Talent Acquisition professional, you will learn the fundamentals of the recruitment process, develop essential skills, and contribute to our team's efforts in sourcing and securing top talent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms
- Help in maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
- Learn and understand ProArch's culture and hiring needs
- We are looking for recent graduate with a passion for human resources and a desire to learn and grow in the recruitment field.

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduates with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Motivated, eager to learn, and a team player
- Willingness to work from our Hyderabad office
