We are looking for enthusiastic and driven **Trainee - Talent Acquisition** professionals to join our **US IT recruitment team** in **Hyderabad**. This is an excellent opportunity for **freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience** who are passionate about recruitment, eager to learn, and want to grow in the **US IT staffing industry**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Building Talent Pipeline**: Maintain a database of qualified IT professionals for future hiring needs.
- **Offer & Onboarding Support**: Assist in salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding procedures.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in **HR, Business Administration, or a related field** (preferred).
- Strong communication skills in **English (verbal & written)**.
- Willingness to work in the **US time zone (2 PM - 11 PM IST)**.
- Passion for recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of IT terminologies (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and job portals.
