**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Liaison Role**: Act as the bridge between the CEO/founder and departmental heads (HR, Project Manager, Business Development Manager).
- **Operational Oversight**: Oversee daily operations and ensure effective collaboration across HR, project delivery, and sales/business development functions.
- **KPI Management**: Define, track, and analyze KPIs for each department; hold department heads accountable for performance against targets.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Conduct regular performance reviews, operational audits, and status check-ins with department managers.
- **Strategic Execution**: Translate the CEO's vision into actionable plans and drive their implementation across departments.
- **Process Optimization**: Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in departmental workflows and implement improvements.
- **Reporting**: Provide structured weekly/monthly reports to the CEO with updates on departmental KPIs, team performance, and operational challenges.
- **Policy Implementation**: Develop and implement internal processes, SOPs, and policies to support scalable growth.
- **Team Support**: Support department heads in planning, hiring, resource allocation, and cross-functional problem-solving.
- **Company Culture**: Ensure company values and culture are reflected in the day-to-day operations of all teams.

**Skills Required**:

- Experience in an operational or leadership role, preferably in IT, AI/ML, or automation-based companies.
- Strong understanding of HR, development, Sales and accounts.
- Experience with KPI systems, operational dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Ability to manage and align cross-functional teams toward unified objectives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
