As a Pre-Sales Executive in the real estate sector, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and assisting them in their initial inquiries and property selection process. You will serve as a pivotal point of contact between prospective buyers and the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from initial interest to further engagement.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify and pursue potential leads through various channels including online platforms, referrals, networking events, and other sources.
- Initiate contact with potential clients, responding to inquiries, and providing initial information about available properties, project features, and pricing.
- Conduct thorough needs assessment discussions with potential buyers to understand their requirements, preferences, budget, and timelines.
- Present available properties to clients in a compelling and informative manner, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospective buyers, maintaining regular communication and providing ongoing support throughout their decision-making process.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide clients with up-to-date insights and guidance.
- Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience, preferences, and any areas for improvement, and relay this information to the relevant stakeholders.
- **Required Skills/Abilities**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
