We are looking for an Associate - Content and Impact who possesses a passion for curating. The person in this role will work with our team to enhance, scale, and further develop our content for products. Possess energies and capabilities to experience tremendous growth in learning, deep dive development, take end-to-end responsibility of the role, and join hands to scale our solutions together with our team.

**Role and responsibilities**
- To review and finalize the content to be delivered on all the platforms
- To curate, organize and categorize the content details in the Learning Management System in the required formats
- To get a thorough understanding of our present content library available in various languages
- To check the sources used
- To improve and polish the alignment done and the OER added
- To improve and polish the alignment done and the OER added in the LMS sheets
- To understand the license requirements and create the LMS per the requirements
- To deliver the LMSs in the required formats to the team leads for all the license orders
- To coordinate with operations and tech team for updation of content across various platforms
