**Job Description: Associate Content Architect**

**Role**
- A person in this role is responsible for supporting the content architecture, management, and development aspects of the company's software products. They will work closely with product managers and technical teams to ensure the efficient organization, retrieval, development, and delivery of technical content and product documentation.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the implementation of content workflows, version control, and content approval processes.
- Conduct content audits and reviews to identify content gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, content management best practices, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations to the team.
- Develop product documentation including training materials.
- Assist the Knowledge Manager in developing and implementing knowledge management strategies and processes.
- Define processes and best practices on content development and organization for the various teams in the organization to follow.
- Conduct in-depth research to gather necessary information for producing comprehensive documentation.
- Guide technical writers and technical trainers in producing quality content.

**Technical Skills**
- Familiarity with content management systems.
- Experience with web technologies, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

**Business Skills**
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputed institute.

**Experience**
- 10-18 years in technical content development in a software product company.
