Project Description: (Project on which the new hire will work) : CRO at Firstcry.

Ø - Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative or Sales Associate or similar role

Ø - Understanding of the retail sales process

Ø - Familiarity with consumer behavior principles

Ø - Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

Ø - Basic math skills

Ø - Track record of achieving sales quotas

Ø - Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships

Ø - Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

Ø - Flexibility to work various shifts

Roles and responsibilities:
Ø -Greet and direct customers

Ø -Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)

Ø - Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services

Ø - Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing

Ø - Cross-sell products

Ø - Stay up-to-date with new products/services

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
