Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell the company’s cosmetic products to retail stores, beauty salons, spas, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and presentations to potential clients.
- Stay updated on competitors’ activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and trade shows.
- Provide regular sales reports, feedback, and market insights to management.
- Maintain knowledge of product portfolio, skin care trends, and cosmetic industry developments.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or personal care industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and personal care products.
