**Job Description: Sales Associate at MUJI, Mumbai**

**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Associate at MUJI's Mumbai location, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers in finding products, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. Your passion for MUJI's products and dedication to customer satisfaction will be crucial in maintaining the brand's reputation and fostering customer loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**: Greet customers as they enter the store, offer assistance, and provide information about MUJI's product range. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and guiding them through their shopping journey.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of MUJI's products, including their features, benefits, and uses. Be prepared to answer customer questions and make recommendations based on individual preferences.

**Sales and Upselling**:Actively promote products to customers, highlighting promotions, new arrivals, and relevant product combinations. Utilize your product knowledge to suggest additional items that complement customers' purchases.

**Stock Management**: Assist in maintaining organized and tidy displays by restocking shelves and ensuring that products are properly arranged. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the store management regarding stock replenishment needs.

**Cash Handling**: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system. Handle cash and electronic payments securely, adhering to the store's cash handling procedures.

**Visual Merchandising**: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create visually appealing displays that showcase MUJI's products in an attractive and organized manner.

**Customer Feedback**: Listen to customer feedback, concerns, and suggestions, and communicate these to the store management team. Strive to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

**Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive team environment. Assist in training new associates and sharing product knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:
