Position: Sales Associate

Location: Opera House, Mumbai - 400004.

Job Summary:
As a Sales Associate at Anil Metal Corporation, you will be responsible for generating sales and revenue by promoting and selling our range of steel and allied products to potential customers. Your primary focus will be to understand our customers' needs, provide product information, offer solutions, and ultimately secure sales orders. Additionally, you will be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Actively engage with prospective customers to showcase our products and services, identify their requirements, and present suitable solutions to meet their needs.

Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets as set by the management.

Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and product improvement.

Sales Reports: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products to customers.

Attend Industry Events: Represent Anil Metal Corporation at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to expand the company's network and promote our products.

Probation and Notice Period: Successfully complete a 2-month probationary period and adhere to the 2-month notice period in case of resignation.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred, but fresh graduates with a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and work effectively within the team.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and handle customer objections.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time efficiently.

Familiarity with steel and related products is a plus, but not mandatory (training will be provided).

A target-driven mindset with a desire to achieve and surpass sales goals.
