The Customer Support Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and providing a seamless customer service experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset to build long-lasting relationships.
**Key Responsibiltes**:

- Manage both inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Evaluate and understand customer needs to deliver tailored solutions and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Active listening skills to understand customer issues effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
