**Key Responsibilities**:
**Assorting & Procurement Support**
- Assist in assorting diamonds and precious stones based on cut, clarity, color, and carat as per design requirements.
- Work closely with the procurement team to identify quality materials and maintain sourcing accuracy.
- Support the design and production team in selecting and aligning stones for sampling and final pieces.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain proper documentation for raw material movement.

**Sales & Store Assistance**
- Support the sales team in client handling, product presentation, and inventory maintenance.
- Ensure merchandise is well-organized, tagged, and aligned with daily operational needs.
- Communicate product knowledge, including material specifications and design insights, to clients as needed.

**Logistics & Coordination**
- Oversee movement of selected stones between factory, store, and vendor partners.
- Ensure raw materials are bagged, tagged, and tracked accurately using internal systems.
- Follow up on orders, procurement timelines, and communicate effectively with internal teams.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a jewelry company with direct exposure to assorting (diamonds or gemstones).
- Working knowledge of 4Cs and jewelry components.
- Strong attention to detail and a good aesthetic eye.
- Basic understanding of jewelry inventory and stock systems.
- Fluent in Hindi and English; Gujarati is a plus.
- Comfortable working from both store and office/factory settings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
