**Role / Position **:Imports & Purchase Executive

**Education**: Any Degree

**Experience**: 1 - 3 yrs in handling Purchase & Imports

**Salary**: 10,000 - 30,000 K per month

**Notice Period **:Immediate Joiners

**Job Location **:MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai

**Key Skillsets **:Tally ERP 9, MS -Excel, MS - Word

**Responsibilities**:

- Negotiating with the foreign suppliers and ensuring that we are getting good rates.
- Responsible for ensuring timely deliveries and planning stocks.
- To discuss with the Sales Team & Director, plan stocks according to forecasts / requirements.
- Ensuring that demurrage & detention should be targeted as nil.
- Negotiation & Finalisation with clearance agent, Logistic & Forwarder etc.
- Inventory Control of Imported items as per defined inventory levels.
- Timely bill submission & clearance of CHA, Logistic Agent, Forwarder etc.
- Keep updated for global changes.

**Mandatory Skills**:

- Should have at least 1+ years of experience in handling purchase and imports.
- Accounting Knowledge will be surplus.
- Have good experience in excel and word documentation.
- Well versed with the English & Hindi language.
- Should be able to read, write and communicate well in English.
