**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive (Female Preferred)
**Location**: Noida, Sector-60
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Utilize **CRM software** to generate, track, and close support tickets.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and provide professional client assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when needed.
- Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum **1-3 years** in a customer support role in consultancy for **IT services, tax services, or audit services.**:
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in **CRM software** for ticket management.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- **Location**: Must be willing to work from **Noida, Sector-60**.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
